Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully stoked on your Bilmuri gear, but if something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are free of any hog-cranking related wear and tear.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your merchandise.
Ship It Back
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
